Because our services are digital consulting services, strategy sessions, and professional advisory work, our refund policy differs from traditional product-based purchases.


Overview

At Deret INC, we provide customized brand strategy, marketing consulting, and business growth solutions. Due to the personalized nature of our services, refunds are handled based on the stage of service delivery.

If you have purchased a consultation package or marketing service, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase, provided that work on your project has not yet been substantially started.

Once consulting work, strategy development, research, analysis, reports, or customized recommendations have been delivered or initiated, payments may become non-refundable.


Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Your request must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
  • The requested service must not have been substantially completed.
  • No final reports, strategies, deliverables, or consulting materials have been provided.
  • You must provide your order details and reason for the refund request.

Non-Refundable Services

Refund Process

Once we receive your refund request, we will review:

  • The service purchased
  • The progress of the project
  • Any completed work or delivered materials

We will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable processing period.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received an approved refund:

  1. Check your bank account or payment provider again.
  2. Contact your credit card company or payment service provider.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a scheduled consultation, please contact us as soon as possible.

Appointments cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time may be rescheduled.

Missed appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be eligible for a refund.


Service Changes

If you need to modify your consulting service scope, please contact us. We will work with you to determine whether adjustments can be made based on your project requirements.
